YOUR ROLE
The big Doggy Dog.
Lead and develop the full team from bartenders to chefs ensuring service consistently meets brand standards.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily FOH operations, maintaining attention to detail and exceptional guest experiences.
Curate and manage a standout cocktail list, driving creativity and innovation across the bar team.
Support the head chef with a dynamic,
seasonal food menu.Manage budgets, stock, and wage costs
while coordinating maintenance and venue upkeep.Collaborate with management and directors to
boost sales and performance.Recruit, train, and motivate staff, reporting on key metrics like labour, costs, and productivity.
As part of the leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the venue’s growth and success.
Bartenders - casual
YOUR ROLE
You will spend most of your time slinging drinks in Big Poppa’s downstairs bar and on occasion upstairs in our restaurant bar serving bar top diners. Table waiting/floortending experience is preferred but not a must.
Ideally you will have/be:
At least 2 years experience in a cocktail bar
A basic knowledge of all spirits and intermediate knowledge of at least one type
Have good technique and strong clean as you go routine
Work well in a quiet table service environment
Work well in a high volume, late night environment
Estimated Hours - 20 - 38 p/w
Waiters - casual
YOUR ROLE
You will be on the floor of our multi award winning late night restaurant serving our famous Italian dishes, great hooch and all the cheese.
Bartending experience is preferred but not essential.
Ideally you will have/be:
At least 2 years experience in a restaurant
A basic knowledge of wines
Be passionate about food
Be a fast, organised worker
Strong communicator
